We believe that a well-rested team is a creative and productive one. This is why GSD offers a generous time-off package designed to help you recharge and pursue your passions.

  • Vacation: Unwind and explore with up to 25 days of accrued vacation each year.
  • Sick Leave: Take care of yourself with up to 80 hours of annual sick leave.
  • Paid Holidays: Celebrate with loved ones with up to 14 paid holidays.
  • Parental Leave: Welcoming a new addition to your family? Take up to 12 weeks of paid leave to bond with your little one.
  • Military Leave: For those who serve, we provide up to 80 hours of Military Pay and a 30-day pay differential.
